Made to Order

Each Kaizen piece is made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the U.S. and Canada.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any additional shipping or reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an international order is refused, left unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or carrier fees, any return shipping charges, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
